Mohd Fauzi Nordin

Fauzi has more than 22 years experience in strategic and operational managing human resources. He started his career with Ministry of Home Affairs before joining Malaysian Highway Authority (MHA). He worked with national and multinational companies, holding senior positions prior running his own training and consultancy firm. He trains both private and public sector in the area of Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Labor Laws, Supervisory Skills, Motivation, Salary Administration, Customer Service and Teambuilding. He holds MBA (South Pacific University, USA), BBA, Dip in Personnel Management and Dip in Public Admin. A Certified trainer by PSMB, Min. of Culture, Art & Tourism (MESRA), Negeri Sembilan Skills Development Center (NSSDC), NFNLP USA (NLP Practitioner), ICF/OUM (Performance Coach) and SS Canada (LAB Profile Practitioner)

Timothy Law

Driven by his personal motto to “impact lives through training”, Timothy’s career is fuelled by a passion to inspire others. In his role as an Organizational Learning and Development Strategist, he constantly seeks to transform the way corporations as well as individuals think in order to help them reach their fullest potential. More specifically, his expertise lies in his innate ability to enhance performance management in the aspects of Human Resource (HR) and branding.

Hanafiah Mohd. Isa

Hanafiah is a strong Think-out-of-the-Box facilitator, a charismatic leader and an innovative team player with the ability to engage audiences. He is able to play a key role to connect top management aspiration to front liners’ reality. He also poses a distinct ability to connect soft organizational issues that has relevant impact to business performance. With 20 years of working experience in PETRONAS, he has guided and facilitated in the strategies and initiatives development in a number of PETRONAS subsidiaries.

His specific exposure in Organizational Improvement and Operating Performance Improvement for 7 years in PETRONAS has given rise to skills pertaining to Leadership Development and Coaching, focusing to assist top and middle management in pertinent decision making processes. In addition, the front-liners were guided with Capability Building and Competency Management with a dash of Business Process Improvement activities using available Organizational Management Systems.

He graduated from University of Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration (Majoring in Management Information Systems) and is currently an Aston Business Assessment (Birmingham, UK) Consultant Partner in the Asia-Pacific region with an additional qualification as a Certified Trait Personality and Competency Assessor.

Philip Leong

Philip, who has over 25 years’ corporate and entrepreneur experience, holds a Master of Management joint degree from The Wharton School, J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and Chulalongkorn University (Thailand). He also graduated recently from Ken Wilber’s Integral Institute, USA and is a member of the International Coach Federation.

He was the director of leadership programs in AsiaWorks, Asia’s leading large group awareness training company before moving on to manage his own business. He designed and conducted numerous leadership coaching and team-building programs for thousands of individuals and corporations includes Alcatel, Alliance Financial Group, Alstom Power, ASTRO, CapitaLand, Favelle-Favco,Great Eastern Life Assurance, Gulf Chemical, Hanson-Heidelberg, HeiTechPadu, IBM, INTEC, Khazanah Group, Monash University, Petronas, RHB etc.

Kamaldin Nordin

Kamaldin Nordin was a Director for Motorola University Asia Pacific/Middle East. He was responsible for the Motorola employees’ developments in the Asia Pacific region through execution of talent development, learning intervention and strategic talent pipeline programs. He managed the training and consultancy business for Motorola University.

Among his primary tasks were to ensure the profitability of the business, customer satisfaction and relevancy of the programs offered to the market. He trained coached and mentored Motorola employees in Asia Pacific/Middle East. He holds MBA from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and BBA from International Islamic University Malaysia. He is currently a Universiti Teknologi Petronas Adjunct Lecturer for Career Development & Internship. He is a certified Trainer from PSMB (TTT/4323) and also Motorola University certified coach.

Zahari Sharit

Zahari Sharit, brings to his clients almost 20 years of management and consulting experience. He holds MSc Project Management from University of Sunderland, UK. He has seen many individuals and businesses with a strong desire to grow and sustain. His hand on experience in multiple level of project and business management helps him to precisely understand the important of a team.  Zahari’s passion is helping groups of individuals, truly develop into cohesive teams.

Captain (Rtd) Halim Murad

Captain (Rtd) Halim Murad is a certified Outdoor trainer. He had attended various training as a teambuilding and outbound instructor, survival techniques and sport science. Halim also being trained on war games, obstacles activities.  He had conducted series of training program on teambuilding, outbound, outdoor activities with government and corporate sectors.

Mazlan Mohamed Yassin

Mazlan Mohamed Yassin  had been involved actively  with teambuilding program particularly on outdoor activities and obstacle since 1998 with several organization. Holding a Diploma in Physical Fitness  and Advance Post graduate Diploma in HRM. Prior to this he had served the government agencies and Royal Malay Arm Force – Wataniah for more tha 14 years. He was formerly the SUKMA Karate-Do Coach and Instructor for Pahang State in late 1990s.

Mohamad Nizam Mustafa Hilmi

Mohamad Nizam Mustafa Hilmi was actively involved with teambuilding program and “Bina  Insan” with several training provider such Biro tatanegara and so on since 1997. Most of the time he conducted Teambuilding program with Universities and college student, youth association, sports athlete and the government staff.
